I watched part 1 of 4, then I was watching part 2, and lost it all trying to share it, and don’t know how to find it again. TU
The comment of “Stay consistent and don’t jump from one thing to another.” really stood out to me as a principle that you need to adhere to in real estate investing (or most any other venture) to give your plan time to play out – its sometimes hard to fight off “shiny object syndrome” and commit to learning a process well and sticking with it long enough to learn all the nuances of the process. for me right now I switched real estate brokerages once I learned how to join exp realty and am learning all the tools they have to be able to fully implement and help out my downline agents. Nice article!
